Orders
Where is my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to update. If you cannot find your tracking information, please contact us here.
I didn’t receive my order confirmation
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can’t find it, contact us here and we will resend your confirmation.
I entered the wrong shipping address
Contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped yet, we can update the address with no problem. You can email us here.
How long does it take to ship my order?
If the item is in stock, orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. If your order includes customization, please allow 2–3 additional business days for processing. Pre-order items may take up to 6 weeks to ship.
Please understand we are a small family-owned business, and we process every order as quickly as possible. If your order is urgent, contact us right away and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
USA orders typically arrive in 2–7 business days after shipping.
International orders usually arrive in 7–21 business days depending on the destination.
My tracking number isn’t updating
Tracking numbers can take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package. Sometimes tracking may not update right away even though the package is already moving. If you need help tracking your order, contact us here and we will help right away. Don’t worry.
What if I haven’t received my order and it’s been way too long?
If your order has not arrived and it has been much longer than the estimated delivery time, please contact us here. Whether it never shipped, got lost, or something else happened, we will help you figure it out and get it resolved.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide all the time. Shipping times vary depending on your location.
Products
Do steering wheels come with a hub adapter?
No. Hub adapters are sold separately but all our wheels have an option to include the hub with your order.
Are your seats universal?
Most racing seats are universal, but they require vehicle-specific seat brackets. For example, if you need a 350Z seat setup, you will need a 350Z bracket.
Do steering wheels fit all cars?
Most aftermarket steering wheels require a compatible hub adapter specific to your vehicle. You can purchase compatible hubs from us as well. Nowadays, you can find a hub for almost every car.
Are your products real carbon fiber?
Yes. Most of our products feature real carbon fiber . If a product is not real carbon fiber, it will be clearly stated in the product title.
Do you attend events?
Yes. We attend many events throughout the year, mainly in California. If you see us at a show, come say hi. We always love meeting our customers.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
We offer a 7-day return window for eligible products. No exceptions.
Eligibility Requirements
- Item must be unused
- Item must be in original packaging
- Item must be in the same condition as received
- Final sale items are not eligible for return
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after the item has been received and inspected.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, exchanges are available depending on product availability. Customers are responsible for shipping costs.
What if my item arrived damaged?
If your item arrived damaged, please contact us here right away with photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve it as quickly as possible.
