Cancellation policy

Order Cancellations:
We can only cancel an order within the first 1–2 hours after it has been placed.
Once your order begins processing, it can no longer be canceled.

Custom Orders:
Custom-made items cannot be canceled once production has started.

Preorders:
Preorders may be canceled before the item is shipped.
Once a preorder has shipped, it follows our standard return and exchange guidelines.

Subscription or Recurring Purchase Options (if applicable):
You may cancel or update your subscription at any time before your next renewal date.
Any orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled.

Refunds for Canceled Orders:
Approved cancellations will be refunded back to your original payment method.
Processing time for refunds varies depending on your bank or payment provider.
