Refund & Return Policy
We offer a 7-day refund period for eligible products. No exceptions.
Eligibility Requirements
- Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns.
- Refunds are issued in the original form of payment within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:
- Decals
- Steering Wheels
- JDM Tsurikawas
- Apparel
- Frames License
- Seats
- Shift Knobs (including reasons such as fitment issues, changed mind, or no longer wanting the item)
International Orders
Due to very high shipping costs, all international orders are final sale. No refunds or returns will be accepted for any international purchase.
Why these items can’t be returned:
Due to the high cost of shipping—especially for larger or custom items—returning these products creates significant expense for both the buyer and our small business. During peak seasons, return shipping, handling, and processing costs are extremely high and often exceed the product margin.
Additionally, holiday order volume and limited staffing do not allow us to safely process general returns while maintaining accurate fulfillment and fast shipping for all customers.
